Christine writes mostly in the Christian nonfiction genre on sensitive topics such as family violence (domestic abuse, incest, child abuse and neglect, and sexual assault), in addition to issues involving trauma, mental health issues, and disability.
Christine earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in health education at San José State University. She completed her doctorate at Trinity Theological Seminary. She has also earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology at California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco. She is pursuing her PhD in clinical psychology at Saybrook University.
Christine and her husband Victor have been married for over 25 years, and are the proud parents of two adult daughters. In her spare time, Christine enjoys gardening, relaxing with a good book, walking on the beach, soaking in a hot tub, listening to music, attending Christian concerts, watching movies with her husband, and baking with her two adorable granddaughters.
She is a member of Inspire Christian Writers, and makes her home in Silicon Valley, California.
